The process in our SENIOR classroom will be as follows:
- Students will submit a brief weekly report, no more than half a page, specifically describing the tasks they performed in the last week. Additionally, no more than another half page, would be the goals for the next week.
- Students will submit to a performance review process on the last Wednesday of the month, unless announced differently. The performance review will be similar to this: http://hrweb.mit.edu/system/files/descriptive_perfreviewform_rev_3-12.dot
- As employer, I can distribute extra credit points based on the performance reviews. The number of total extra credit points available for distribution will not exceed 20 times the number of students in the class. Students in the class consist only of those students who are physically assigned to the classroom during our regular class time.
- Students will be required to complete their own performance review. Copies of the review may be obtained at the link in #2.
- Students will be given up to 20 regular credit points for completing the performance review.
